Yes. Most clients come to us with a rough idea and a budget. Our in-house designer develops the layout and material palette, and the same team carries the job through demolition, wet works, carpentry and handover — so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the site.
A kitchen and two-bathroom refresh usually runs six to eight weeks. A full strip-out of an 1,100 sq ft unit — new flooring, carpentry and rewiring included — is closer to ten to fourteen weeks, depending mostly on how fast your building management approves the works.
We prepare the drawings, contractor insurance letters and forms your building management or local council requires, and we schedule noisy works within the hours your JMB allows. Permit fees appear as their own line in the quotation, so there are no surprises later.
Every project carries a 24-month workmanship warranty covering the carpentry, tiling, plumbing and electrical works we install. Manufacturer warranties on appliances and fittings are handed to you at completion, together with your touch-up paint codes.
For single-room or wet-area-only jobs, yes — we seal the work zone with dust barriers and keep one bathroom usable at all times. For full strip-outs we honestly recommend moving out during demolition and skim coating, roughly the first three weeks.
Milestone billing: a deposit on confirmation, progressive claims tied to completed stages you can walk through and inspect yourself, and a final five percent that stays with you until every defect on the joint inspection list has been cleared.
Our crews are based in Subang Jaya and work daily across Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Kuala Lumpur and the wider Klang Valley. For larger commercial fit-outs we also take projects in Seremban and Rawang.
