We plan backwards from the day you need to trade. The programme we table at quotation stage shows every submission, inspection and construction milestone against the calendar — and because our carpentry is made in-house while site works proceed, we compress timelines other contractors pad. Typical unit fit-outs run four to nine weeks depending on scope and building access hours.
