Twelve years, one workshop, and a stubborn belief that renovation does not have to be a horror story.
Appcraft Builders started in 2014 as a two-man carpentry outfit working out of a rented lot in SS15, Subang Jaya. The founders — a cabinet maker and a site supervisor who had spent a decade on commercial projects — kept getting the same request from customers: "Can you just handle the whole thing?"
So we grew in the direction our clients pushed us. Today the company runs its own joinery workshop, employs 38 tradespeople across wet works, tiling, electrical and carpentry, and manages complete renovations from hacking permit to handover file. We still build every cabinet ourselves, and we still answer the phone on Saturdays.

If your piping is failing, we say so before you spend money on cabinetry. If a wall cannot come down, we tell you at the site visit — not after the deposit. An estimate that grows mid-project is a planning failure, and we treat it as ours.
Proper waterproofing cures for days, not hours. Solid carpentry is measured twice. We build these realities into a week-by-week programme you can hold us to, instead of promising fantasy timelines we would quietly miss.
Our 24-month workmanship warranty is not a paragraph of fine print. Warranty visits are logged, scheduled within a week, and done by the same trades who built your project — because they know exactly how it went together.
We keep score the way our clients do: projects finished, deadlines kept, defects closed.
