When the whole house needs to change
Some homes cannot be fixed one room at a time. The kitchen is dark because of a wall built in 1988, the wiring trips when the kettle and aircon run together, and every renovation you have patched on top has made the layout stranger. A whole-home transformation resets all of it in a single, properly sequenced project.
We take condos, terrace houses and semi-Ds back to structure where needed, then rebuild: new layouts, new services, new surfaces. Because demolition, wet works, electrical, carpentry and finishing are all our own crews, the sequence is planned once and owned by one project manager — you never hear "we're waiting for the other contractor."
What the service covers
- Layout redesign, space planning and 3D visuals of key areas before you commit
- Hacking and demolition with structural assessment and JMB or council permits
- Complete rewiring with a new distribution board, and replumbing in PPR or copper
- Floor build-ups: tiles, engineered timber, vinyl or polished screed
- Kitchens, bathrooms and built-in carpentry from our own workshop
- Skim coating, painting, doors, frames and final fittings through to handover cleaning
How long and how much
A full transformation of an 1,100 sq ft condo typically runs ten to fourteen weeks; a double-storey terrace, fourteen to twenty. Budgets vary too widely to quote honestly on a webpage — what we can promise is an itemised quotation with measured quantities, milestone billing you inspect before paying, and a five percent retention that stays in your pocket until the defect list reads zero.
